This may be a bit premature as we have not actually moved in yet but we are due to move in July. We applied here a couple of months prior. I am writing this review because the whole application and approval process has been the most pleasant experience I have had getting a new apartment. The office staff and manager have been very helpful and friendly. They are easy to talk to and quick to provide answers. We looked at and talked to a lot of apartment complexes before we came here and the staff won us over more than anything.

  2. We've lived here for less than a year, and honestly, we can't wait till the lease is up so we can leave. The housing office staff seem nice, but they never get anything done. It always takes a few days for them to handle something (if they get around to it) and when they do, it never seems to really be taken care of. Don't bother putting in a maintenance request over the weekends by the way, it won't get looked at until Monday. Having guests over? Forget about having them park near your apartment. They will get towed if they don't have a guest pass or park in the designated guest parking spaces (of which there are a very precious limited few). On top of this, these apartments were built a long time ago (1970's if I'm not mistaken) and the age is showing! It's like going back in time. Also there is a constant roach problem that never seems to get taken care of, even when they come around and spray. You're probably looking at this place thinking "it's worth it, the price is so cheap compared to the places around us!" Yes, that may be true, but keep in mind that there is a reason for this.
